📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers during voyages.,Plan and execute daily operations, including navigation, route planning, and vessel maintenance.,Maintain compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure preparedness.,Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Handle emergencies and crises with appropriate actions and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Knowledge of navigation systems and maritime regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Previous experience in managing and supervising a crew.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced knowledge of navigation charts and maritime charts.Proficiency in English for communication and documentation.Experience with electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS).Understanding of international maritime organization (IMO) standards.Ability to conduct risk assessments and manage safety protocols.Experience with cargo operations and handling.Knowledge of maritime safety management systems (ISM).Familiarity with environmental protection and pollution prevention measures.
