📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in the overall management of HR functions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
