📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and developing the sales team.,Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management.,Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior is a plus.
