📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and internal control systems to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and recommendations to management on risk management and internal control issues.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
