📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.,Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment partners.,Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its recruitment challenges.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
