📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective Mandarin lessons tailored to the unique needs of children with special needs.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and tools, including visual aids, multimedia resources, and interactive activities, to enhance learning and engagement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting lesson plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of educators and therapists to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and inclusive teaching methods.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with a strong understanding of the language's grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese, preferably to children with special needs or in an inclusive education setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in special education, inclusive teaching methods, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or other online learning platforms.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
