📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
