Go Life Indonesia is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Kuta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Oversee the payroll process, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
