📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms.
- Monitor accounts payable balances and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Comply with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
