📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP or other operational management software is a plus.
