📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
