🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy equipment management, with a proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance, such as Certified Equipment Maintenance Specialist (CEMS) or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols for heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and heavy equipment management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
