As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, scheduling, and tracking of our fleet. You will work closely with our drivers and maintenance team to ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.

Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.

Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption.

Coordinate with drivers and maintenance team for efficient fleet management.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Monitor vehicle performance and suggest improvements.

Handle vehicle inspections and certifications.

Manage vehicle documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management.

Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license.

Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.

Computer literate with experience in office software.
