This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the health center's budget, including revenue and expenses, to ensure financial stability.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
