Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Manage and lead a team of business development professionals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful project execution.,Monitor market trends and competition to inform business strategies.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
