In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leadership and team management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory equipment.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new laboratory processes and technologies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.,Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid certification or license in a relevant field, such as laboratory technician or safety professional.
