📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory tests and procedures.
  • Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all test results are accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that laboratory services are meeting the needs of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in laboratory technology and industry trends.
  • Ensure that all laboratory activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in lab technology.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GLP, and GMP.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
