📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.,Oversee the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Ensure that software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.,Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure best practices are followed.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Software Developer or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading software development teams.,Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.,Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git.,Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
