📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to ensure high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistics issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics operations.
