Toko Fitri Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily logistics operations, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage.,Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.,Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
