📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory control and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide training and support to operational staff as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
