Plant Electrician - Poultry Processing Facility

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Install, configure, and maintain electrical control systems, including PLCs, VFD, and SCADA systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and coordination of electrical systems with other facility systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Proven experience with electrical control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid electrical certification and license.
• Experience with poultry processing facilities is a plus.
