📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on products and services to ensure they meet the required standards.,Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.,Document and report quality issues and discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.,Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
