📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.,Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet performance.,Oversee the procurement and disposal of vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the fleet meets their needs and supports the company's overall goals.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle maintenance or operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
