Lippo General Insurance is seeking a dedicated and multilingual Sales Assistant to join our Business Development & Client Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of client relationships, supporting sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Mandarin and a passion for insurance products.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service,Strong command of Mandarin (both spoken and written),Good understanding of insurance products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach
