📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.,Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of facility management staff.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement a training program for facility management staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management in a hotel or resort environment.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of staff.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
