Dwinanto Strategic Legal Consultant (DSLC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to our clients in the corporate and strategic advisory sector. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients in the corporate and strategic advisory sector.,Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.,Develop and implement legal strategies to address clients' business challenges and objectives.,Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate legal instruments.,Advise clients on regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.,Mentor and guide junior legal associates and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate law or strategic advisory.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal technology and tools is a plus.,Professional legal certification is a plus.
