📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and learn from peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the technology and electronics industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
