Depot Umar Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth operation of our dental supply shop. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to make a difference in the dental industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Assist in the organization and presentation of products in the shop.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the ordering and receiving of new inventory.,Promote dental products and services to clients.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects occasionally.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
