📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms.
• Monitor accounts payable balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Comply with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
