📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring timely and correct preparation of dishes.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Recommend menu items and provide information about the restaurant’s offerings.
• Handle cash transactions and manage payments efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in hospitality preferred.
