📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all HR and purchasing activities using SAP and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR and purchasing strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and purchasing roles.
• Certification in HR management or procurement (e.g., CHRP, CPSM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR and procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
