📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and optimize workflows using n8n and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
• Implement and maintain automated solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document and share best practices, tutorials, and case studies to support team learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in workflow automation and IT.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews to contribute to our continuous improvement culture.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to workflow automation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT automation, workflow optimization, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in n8n and other workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
